Senior Clinics
with Center for Disability & Elder Law (CDEL)

PBN has a long-standing relationship with CDEL, with whom we work on multiple projects assisting low-income seniors.
​
PBN staffs six clinics each month throughout the west side of Chicago and western suburbs in which we assist in a variety of legal matters such as landlord-tenant, real estate, and consumer fraud. We also staff specially scheduled Senior Center Initiatives in which attorneys draft, and clients execute, powers of attorney for property and for health, and living wills.

Through the regularly scheduled clinics and Senior Center Initiatives, our volunteer attorneys have been able to bring legal services to hundreds of senior citizens in underserved geographic regions.
